Our Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to love your artwork. Because every order is hand-designed just for you, we work with you until it's right — you'll always get a digital proof to approve before anything is printed, with unlimited free revisions until you're happy.
Personalised Items
As each product is made to order with your photo and choices, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges simply for a change of mind. This does not affect your statutory rights where an item is faulty or not as described.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
- If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from the proof you approved, contact us within 30 days of delivery
- Include your order number and a photo of the issue so we can resolve it quickly
- We'll arrange a free reprint or a full refund, whichever you prefer
How to Start a Return
To request a replacement or refund, reach out through our Contact page with your order number and details of the problem. Our support team will guide you through the next steps and aim to reply within 24 hours.
Refund Timing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5–10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
