Yes. We email you a digital proof before anything is printed, and you can request unlimited revisions until you're happy.
Your proof is ready within 24 hours. Once approved, printing and delivery typically take 4–5 working days, with free UK shipping over £75 — the shipping cost for smaller orders is shown at checkout.
Any clear, well-lit photo where we can see their face works — most phone photos are fine. You'll see exactly how it turned out in your free 24-hour proof, and if the photo lets the artwork down you can send a different one and we'll redo it as one of your unlimited revisions. Yes. Pick from 10 themed worlds — Renaissance, sci-fi, sports and more — each with its own poses, backgrounds, outfits and moods to mix and match, or take one of our ready-made looks and we'll do the rest.
